Vacancy: Sales Manager

LFT Advisors — a company with branches in EU countries. Our mission is to facilitate and optimize the process of relocating businesses to new markets by providing a wide range of services, including consulting, registration, management, and legal support. LFT Advisors stands out with highly qualified experts and openness to the individual needs of clients. We are looking for a sales specialist who can effectively present our services and expand our client base.

What You Will Do:

  • Cold Client Outreach: Actively search for and attract new clients through various communication channels (email campaigns, social media, and other platforms).
  • Warm Lead Management: Interact with potential clients who have already shown interest in our products or services, provide them with additional information, answer their questions, and guide them through to closing the deal.
  • Identify Client Needs: Identify the needs of clients and select the optimal solution according to their request.
  • Deal Management: Organize work on deals and control their execution.
  • CRM System Work: Work with CRM systems, maintain reports.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meetings and Negotiations: Participate in meetings and negotiations with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the services sector (accounting, audit, legal, IT sectors will be an advantage).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, the ability to find an approach to different types of clients.
  • Cold Contact Skills: Ability to effectively work with cold contacts.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools will be an advantage.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivation and result orientation.
  • Proactivity: Proactive approach to work and readiness to make independent decisions.
  • Responsibility: High level of responsibility and organization.
  • Collaboration: Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues from different departments of the company.
