Vacancy: Senior Lawyer
LFT Advisors is a leading company in the field of international business planning and structuring. We specialize in the registration and support of foreign companies, legal assistance, accounting, and tax consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal consultations and support to clients on issues related to international business and tax planning.
- Participate in the development of business strategy and support clients in the implementation process in the following areas:
– Registration and support of foreign companies (EU, UK, USA, Asia)
– Tax planning and structuring
– Intellectual property protection
– Data protection (primarily EU, UK, USA) - Coordinate the work of junior lawyers and trainees, mentor, and train interns.
- Participate in company projects in other areas, such as PR and marketing, and team leadership if desired.
Requirements:
- Higher legal education.
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
- Deep knowledge of international law and tax legislation.
- Ability to work with clients and understand their needs.
- High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
