Vacancy: Head of Accounting and Operations Department
LFT Advisors is an international consulting company that provides comprehensive legal and fintech solutions for businesses. We help corporate clients establish companies in different jurisdictions, open bank accounts, and optimize business processes worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Head of Accounting and Operations Department who combines management experience with hands-on accounting expertise.
🚀 Your Key Responsibilities
- Managing the accounting department — establishing and overseeing internal workflows and processes within the team.
- Managing the operations department — supervising client payments, cash flow, and internal reporting.
- Financial and tax reporting — ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and preparing annual and quarterly reports.
- Control of primary documentation — ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Collaboration with external accountants and contractors — providing documentation on time, reviewing prepared reports, and monitoring financial reporting deadlines.
- Monitoring tax and statutory payments — ensuring timely payment of taxes and mandatory fees across different jurisdictions.
- Process improvement and risk management — identifying weaknesses in financial processes, initiating improvements, and preventing errors and compliance risks.
- Management accounting — overseeing management accounting processes and preparing management reports and financial analytics to support decision-making.
- Supporting management — providing financial information and analysis to the CFO and CEO for strategic decision-making.
👑 Our Ideal Candidate
- 6+ years of experience in accounting or financial accounting.
- Experience as a Senior Accountant, Deputy Chief Accountant, or Head of an Accounting Team.
- Experience coordinating or leading a team.
- Strong understanding of management accounting and financial accounting.
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to organize and optimize processes.
- Nice to have: Experience working with international companies; Knowledge of tax regulations in Poland, the Czech Republic, or Canada.
