We are looking for a professional and responsible lawyer for our branch in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing, planning, and supporting branch operations.
  • Setting up and controlling business processes.
  • Supervising the work of client managers and lawyers.
  • Preparing work performance reports.
  • Company registration and dealing with financial institutions.
  • Conducting analytical work on the legislation of different countries.
  • Expertise in legal documentation, legal support of transactions, and preparation of legal opinions.
  • Developing legal solutions for business tax structuring.
  • Preparing, drafting, and reviewing contracts in various legal fields.
  • Submitting documents for obtaining licenses.
  • Assisting in opening bank accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Legal education.
  • Experience in economic and tax law, company registration, opening accounts, and contract drafting.
  • Experience in foreign economic activities (FEA) and representing the interests of clients (legal entities) before government authorities.
  • Management experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Polish.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian is welcomed.
