We value the following in our candidates:

  • Relevant experience in sourcing, lead generation, etc., for at least 6 months.
  • Ability to conduct cold outreach, analyze and filter information according to set criteria, and work systematically with a focus on the process.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in written communication.
  • Proven experience working with LinkedIn, messaging apps, search engines, CRM systems, translators, and spreadsheets.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting research on search channels in LinkedIn, search engines, portals, and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, and selecting leads according to the profile of the target potential client.
  • Managing initial communication with clients, effectively engaging them with the service, and guiding them to negotiations with the Sales Manager.
  • Working with the CRM system.
  • Maintaining daily reports in the format set by the manager.
  • Participating in regular team meetings, ensuring daily quality interaction with the company, fulfilling assigned tasks, and understanding your responsibility in the work process.
