LFT Advisors assists entrepreneurs and international businesses in launching, structuring, and managing companies across various jurisdictions.
We specialize in company registration, corporate account opening, and ongoing legal support for businesses.
We are seeking a lawyer with hands-on experience in company registration and administration across multiple jurisdictions, capable of independently managing client cases.

Key responsibilities:

  • Company registration in various jurisdictions and post-registration support.
  • Assistance with opening corporate bank accounts and EMI accounts.
  • Handling statutory, corporate, and registration documents.
  • Preparing legal documentation for client companies.
  • Advising clients on legal matters and basic tax planning.
  • Analyzing complex situations and identifying practical solutions for clients.
  • Independently managing client cases and overseeing the process at all stages.

Candidate expectations:

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in international company registration and administration.
  • Experience opening corporate accounts with international banks and EMIs is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of AML/KYC and compliance.
  • Experience working with the Cyprus jurisdiction is mandatory.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Ability to independently manage client relationships and coordinate multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex legal matters to clients.
  • Attention to detail and accountability for results.
