Why Do International Businesses Choose Poland?

A stable European jurisdiction for scaling operations, legal B2B invoicing and team relocation.

EU Company Status EU Member State

Operate within an EU jurisdiction and enter into direct B2B contracts with international clients. A Polish company can simplify interactions with European banks, payment institutions and business partners. One of the lowest corporate tax rates across the European Union.

Remote Registration

Launch your business without visiting Poland in person. The process, including signing the articles of association and filing documents, can be completed online through the S24 government system using electronic signatures.

Corporate CIT from 9%

A reduced corporate income tax rate for startups and small businesses with annual revenue of up to €2 million, subject to applicable conditions. This can help preserve more working capital during the early stages of growth.

Estonian CIT (0%)

A special regime under which corporate income tax is deferred while profits remain in the company and are reinvested rather than distributed as dividends.

European VAT System

Integration into the EU internal market. VAT-EU registration enables companies to apply the relevant VAT rules for B2B transactions with counterparties in other EU Member States.
